Peeling potatoes can be a real pain – not to mention time consuming. Sure, you can leave the skins on and make smashed potatoes (which BTW are better for you) – but if you want to ditch the peels, then you have to try this trick.

FYI – this method isn’t just for mashed spuds. You can just parboil the potatoes, peel them, and then roast, slice or whatever…
